Classes and self help groups are run by members for members. Non-members may attend for a number of weeks before deciding whether or not to become a member.
Classes cost more for non-members. Self help groups are free for members and $5 a session for non-members.
Please note: Attendees of Self Help Groups need to have experience in the activity so everyone can share experiences / techniques and help each other.
